How can I reserve a watch?

Watch Collective cannot guarantee reservation without down payment or full payment. All watches are first to pay basis. Scheduling of meet-ups does not guarantee reservation.

How can I guarantee authenticity?

All luxury items evaluated and curated by Watch Collective are guaranteed to be authentic and in good physical and working condition. 

These are sourced from second hand stores in Japan and Hong Kong, or collectors in the Philippines who sell or consign.

For buyer’s peace of mind, all luxury items are open for further authentication at buyer’s expense. All buyers are given a period of 5 days to authenticate. 

Watch Collective grants the buyer a 100% money-back guarantee in the event that the item has been proven fake with written evaluation from accredited service centers.

What is the condition of your items?

All luxury items are ranked according to their physical and working condition:

  • Brand new
  • Excellent condition
  • Very good condition
  • Good condition
  • Heavily used

Imperfections are part of buying pre-owned items and watches. Please check the conditions listed and manage your expectations.

As with most vintage pieces, some of the inclusions may be incomplete or with a replacement box only.

Do you ship nationwide?

Metro Manila deliveries are fulfilled through Grab, then Provincial & Nationwide deliveries through LBC.

All deliveries for accessories are fulfilled through GogoXpress.

All items are carefully and discreetly packed in good condition. Shipping fees will be calculated after your order has been processed.

Once the item has been dispatched, Watch Collective shall be not held liable for any loss, damage, or delay that may occur during transit. Any issues pertaining to the shipment, shall be sole responsibility of the delivery or shipping company.

How can I view your items?

We accept meet-ups for clients to view and evaluate the item of interest. Book an appointment with us on Instagram @watchcollective.ph.

All sales are final after the buyer has already paid and the item has been handed over. No returns or exchanges.

Can I pay through layaway?

Watch Collective offers 2 to 5 months layaway for selected items. Please contact us on Instagram so we can draft your layaway plan.

A down payment is needed to secure the item. Layaway balances must be paid monthly and on or before the deadline. 

Penalty fees will be added or the layaway plan will be discontinued once the buyer fails to make the payment on the deadline. Payments are non-refundable.

The watch will only be released once fully paid.

Do you accept pre-orders?

Watch Collective offers luxury watch sourcing for brands such as Cartier, Omega, and Longines.

We also accept pre-orders for jewelry and luxury bags from Japan and Hong Kong. Fill out our form on our Contact Page or send us a message on Instagram @watchcollective.ph.

Full payment or down payment is required to pre-order an item.

ETA is 15 days after placing an order. Buyer will regularly be notified regarding shipment status.
